Emotron M20

The Emotron M20 is an axle load monitor to protect pumps.

It protects the pump against dry running, cavitation, flow rate too low, flow rate too high, closed suction and discharge valve, clogged filter before or after the pump, etc.
As soon as the pump starts operating outside the adjustable operating range for an adjustable time, the Emotron M20 switches your pump off or first generates an alarm.

We strongly recommend this for magnet-coupled pumps as they are extra sensitive to the above problems.

As the shaft power monitor is not mounted directly on the pump but in the control box of the motor, it does not have to comply with ATEX regulations.
For other protections of ATEX pumps this is usually the case.
